Challenge

To create an authentic and engaging video that seamlessly blended traditional Chinese art with the modern vibrancy of London Chinatown. The project required a nuanced understanding of cultural sensitivities and local business dynamics to resonate with a cross-cultural audience.

Project Overview

First Tone collaborated with HYLink to deliver a campaign centred on parasol art installations in London Chinatown. With pre-existing footage shot in China, we adapted the material to align with Chinese social media trends while maintaining the authenticity of London Chinatown’s unique character. Our team ensured every element—from visuals to narrative—spoke to both cultural contexts in a cohesive way.
